Cafilo: Coffee Breaks Together

A coffee, a meeting place and coworkers who feel like taking a break.

Cafilo helps your team arrange coffee breaks without a long message thread. Create a private group and find it directly in your list. From the group, invite your coworkers, suggest a coffee and choose your notifications.

SUGGEST A BREAK
Choose now, in 5 or in 15 minutes, or pick an exact date and time within the next seven days. Enter where to meet. You can edit your break before it starts; the other participants will then need to reply again. The break page keeps the time and place easy to find.

INVITE YOUR COWORKERS
The group owner can generate an invitation code or link. Send it to your coworkers using your device’s share sheet. They can also reply on the web page, without installing the app.

EVERYONE DECIDES FOR THEMSELVES
See who is joining and reply “I’m in” or “Not this time.” No explanation is needed. The organizer can cancel the break, and members can leave the group.

KEEP YOUR USUAL PLACES CLOSE
The owner can save the group’s usual places and choose a default. You can also explore coffee machines in metropolitan France listed in OpenStreetMap and save favorites on this device. This community map may be incomplete: access and availability are not guaranteed. You can search by city without granting location access.

CHOOSE YOUR REMINDERS
Enable reminders for breaks already loaded on your device, with group muting and quiet hours. Open the app to load new breaks and replies: this version does not send remote alerts for breaks created elsewhere.

USE THE SAME PARTICIPATION ON YOUR DEVICES
A private, temporary, single-use code lets you connect another device to your participation. Keep that code to yourself. If all valid access is lost, participation cannot be recovered by email or first name.

Cafilo is available in English and French, with light and dark appearances that follow your device. The features in this version are free, with no in-app purchases or advertising.
