CakeConfirm - Cake Order Book

CakeConfirm is a simple order book for home bakers and cake decorators. Save the cake details, keep track of deposits, and share an order confirmation image your customer can review.

KEEP THE BRIEF TOGETHER
Record the customer, cake size, flavor, filling, design, reference photo, and exact inscription. Keep private baker notes alongside the order without printing them on the confirmation card.

SHARE A CLEAR CONFIRMATION
Add your bakery name and pickup address, then share a confirmation image using your device's share sheet. Your customer replies through your usual messaging channel. After receiving approval, record it in CakeConfirm.

TRACK DEPOSITS AND BALANCES
Enter the order total and amount paid in US dollars. See the remaining balance for each order and the total balance across active orders. CakeConfirm records payments you enter; it does not collect payments.

STAY READY FOR PICKUP
Save the pickup date and time, search your order book, and filter by awaiting confirmation, confirmed, or completed. Enable an optional reminder 24 hours before pickup, subject to notification permission.

KEEP THE APPROVED DETAILS
Save a snapshot when you record customer approval. Changes to an approved cake brief return the order to awaiting confirmation so you can ask your customer to check it again.

WORK OFFLINE
No account required. Orders and photos are saved on your device. Export a backup and restore it when needed. Sharing a card or backup sends only the file you choose through the service you select.

Customers do not need CakeConfirm to receive your confirmation image. Approval is manually recorded by the baker; it is not an electronic signature. Pickup times use your device's local time, so keep your device set to the bakery's time zone. Export backups regularly before uninstalling the app.
