Calendar2XL: Excel CSV Export

TRY A FILE BEFORE YOU BUY
Export a free XLSX or CSV sample with up to 5 event rows from your selected report. Overnight events may take more than one row; totals cover only the sample. Try again whenever you need. Full reports require the existing one-time lifetime unlock.

START WITHOUT CALENDAR ACCESS
Explore and export a clearly labeled fictional demo without granting calendar access. Save named report settings for different clients or monthly reports; only settings are stored on this device, never event content.

Turn the calendar you already maintain into a clear work-hours report—without starting timers, creating an account, or uploading your events.

ACCURATE HOURS, NOT A CALENDAR DUMP
• Overlapping meetings count once in totals, while every event stays visible
• Overnight and multi-day events split at local midnight; durations use real elapsed time across daylight-saving changes
• Exclude all-day events from worked-time totals

REVIEW BEFORE YOU SEND
• Scroll every event with start and end times, then leave individual rows out of this export without changing Calendar
• Preview real totals, report days, and detail rows before you unlock
• Optional location, notes, URL, attendees, and Client/Task columns from titles

PRIVACY ON THIS DEVICE
• Keep original titles, replace them with a neutral Work label, or export daily totals only
• Location, notes, URL, and attendees stay off in protected modes
• No account, advertising, tracking, custom analytics, or cloud sync

CALENDAR TO EXCEL OR CSV
• Professional Excel workbook with event detail, daily summary, and report total
• CSV for other spreadsheet tools, including semicolon-separated CSV with decimal commas for European Excel
• Last-month preset, week-to-date, and Shortcuts: “Export last month with Calendar2XL”

SIMPLE ONE-TIME PURCHASE
You can configure and preview your report before buying. A single non-consumable purchase unlocks unlimited exports on supported devices using your Apple ID. There is no subscription. Restore Purchases is available in the app.

Calendar2XL is designed for consultants, freelancers, shift workers, project teams, and anyone who records work in Apple Calendar and needs a dependable spreadsheet afterward.
