HOW IT WORKS WITH YOUR DEVICE
Switch on your CalmCarry, start low, and turn it up until you feel a gentle pulse in the centre of your palm, like a slow heartbeat in your hand. Open the app, choose a session, and follow the cues on screen: when to breathe in, when to hold, when to let go. The device works perfectly on its own. The app is the way to go deeper.
