To ensure this, you are supported by 1:1 video instructions, detailed text instructions and tips on how to perform each exercise correctly. However, if anything is unclear, you can access the expertise of our physiotherapists at any time and contact them via chat. They will also support you with your discipline by sending you push notifications to remind you of your due exercises and motivate you on a daily basis.
