Calorie Arc: Calorie Counter

Know your calorie balance. Log meals, understand food and activity, and see your progress over time. Pro adds AI estimates from photos or descriptions.

Search saved meals, recent food and a local product library. Enter calories, calculate weighed portions, scan barcodes or check English nutrition labels. Review labels, choose portions and save. Create recipes and meal combinations; reuse foods and change portions without rebuilding them.

A Journey brings your reviewed, counted days together. When it ends, see a summary of the whole period: counted days, progress, milestones and optional weight context. Preview a share card and choose what to include; calories and weight are hidden by default.

Record weight and follow its trend, optionally track protein, open Add Food from a widget and preview weekly cards before sharing. Shared cards hide calories and weight by default. Export backups or CSV files and restore your local diary. Exports contain personal information without password protection; choose their destination carefully.

Basic includes manual logging, label recognition, portion changes, charts, optional protein, widgets, sharing, backups and offline examples. Save up to 5 meals, recipes or combinations in total, 5 custom products and 5 activities. Existing saved items stay usable and editable.

Monthly or yearly Pro subscriptions add unlimited saved items, Repeat Previous Day, optional Apple Health activity and separate weight import, and reviewed AI input. Each UTC day allows 5 photo and 5 text analyses; text and on-device voice share the text allowance. Subscription allowances are shared across devices; previous purchases keep a per-installation allowance. Existing Lifetime Pro purchases keep all Pro access without subscribing. Your diary, history, exports and existing saved items stay available after subscription access ends.

Pro photo analysis uses two reduced-size photos of your dish and portion details. Describe Meal sends only text you confirm; dictation audio stays on-device. Cloudflare checks the app and current purchase status with Apple; Anthropic then estimates the food. Your diary, profile, weight and Health history are excluded. Review assumptions before saving. Completed answers use an attempt even if discarded; offline examples use no quotas.

No account, ads, app analytics or cloud sync. The app and Worker do not persist submitted photos or descriptions. Anthropic's standard API retention is up to 30 days, with security, legal and model-policy exceptions. Barcode lookup sends codes directly to Open Food Facts. See the Privacy Policy.

SUBSCRIPTION TERMS
Apple shows the local total price and billing period before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in App Store account settings.
