You get a personalized daily calorie budget—using our built-in calorie calculator. You customize 4 quick-tap buttons representing the calorie count in your go-to foods, like your morning banana (50 cals), lunch sandwich (400 cals), afternoon snack (150 cals), whatever. Throughout the day, tap the buttons as you eat. Watch your number go down. Exercised and burned some calories? No problem: Tap & hold a button to make the number go up instead!

Need to track something that isn't one of your four presets? Use the "other" entry button to punch in any amount. Easy.
