We collected 24 hours of camera images from one typical weekday and one typical weekend day, then used OpenCV to locally analyze traffic flow and congestion trends. Tap any camera marker on the interactive map under the AI-Analytics screen to view AI-generated graphs comparing typical weekday and weekend traffic patterns for that location. This helps you anticipate peak congestion times, identify bottlenecks, and adjust your travel plans.

CamATX’s user-friendly map shows all traffic cameras as interactive markers with live thumbnail previews. Quickly locate cameras near your route or destination. Use the address searching bar at the top of the screen to quickly navigate to a specific region within Austin. Switching between live feeds and congestion graphs is seamless, providing both current conditions and historical insights at a glance.
