Car Care: Maintenance Tracker

Car Care is a car maintenance tracker for iPhone: service reminders, service history, fuel log, trips, and expenses for every car you own.

Car Care is free and every feature is included: no subscription, no in-app purchases, no ads, and no account to create. Your records stay on your iPhone and sync through your own private iCloud.

SCAN A RECEIPT INSTEAD OF TYPING
• Photograph a service receipt or invoice from your mechanic, printed or handwritten, or attach a PDF.
• Car Care reads the date, mileage, service center, every job with its price, and the total, then fills in one service record for you.
• Work recognized on the receipt, such as an oil change, starts its next reminder right away.
• You review and correct every scanned record before it is saved.
• Car Care includes 10 free scans every month, and there are no paid scans.
• When the 10 monthly scans are used, scanning returns at the start of the next month; records you type in yourself are unlimited.

MAINTENANCE REMINDERS
• Car Care has 36 built-in maintenance items: engine oil, filters, brakes, tires, spark plugs, timing belt, transmission fluid, battery, and more.
• The list includes items for hybrid, electric, and diesel cars, plus inspection, registration, and insurance renewals.
• Each maintenance item shows whether it is up to date, due soon, or overdue, with the miles and days remaining.
• Notifications remind you when service is due, by mileage or by time, whichever comes first.
• Start from recommended service intervals, change any of them, add your own items, and hide the ones your car does not need.

SERVICE HISTORY
• Record the date, mileage, cost, specifications, product details, and notes of every service.
• Attach receipts and other documents to a service record.
• Export all your data to a backup file and import it again whenever you need it.

AUTOMATIC TRIP LOG
• Turn on trip detection and Car Care records each drive automatically: the route on a map, the distance, and the driving time.
• Each recorded trip adds its distance to the odometer, so maintenance reminders stay accurate without typing in the mileage.
• Link a car to its Bluetooth or CarPlay, and trips are saved to the right car.
• Follow a trip live on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, or start and stop one by hand.

FUEL AND COSTS
• Log each fill-up: gallons or liters, price, and odometer reading.
• See your fuel economy in MPG or L/100 km, your total spending on gas, and the average fuel price.
• Compare what a car costs per month, per year, and overall, with a 12-month chart split by maintenance category and fuel.

GARAGE AND SETTINGS
• Add several cars; each one keeps its own maintenance, fuel, trips, costs, and documents.
• Choose miles or kilometers, gallons or liters, psi or bar, and your currency.

WHO IT IS FOR
• Drivers who want oil change and service reminders without paying a subscription.
• Households with several cars that need a separate service history and cost total for each.
• Owners of hybrid, electric, and diesel cars whose maintenance items differ from a gasoline car's.
• Anyone replacing a spreadsheet or paper logbook with records that sync through iCloud.

PRIVACY
• Car Care does not track you across other apps or websites.
• Trip detection is off until you turn it on. Trip routes stay on your iPhone and in your private iCloud, and are never sent to our servers.
• A scan sends the document you choose to an EU-based AI service to be read, and it is never used to train AI models.
• Your monthly scans are counted without your name, email, or Apple ID.
