CareerCarryingは毎日の行動を記録して、あなたらしいキャリアをつくることをサポートします。
今の自分に必要なコンピテンシー（行動特性）を日々トレーニングすることで、自分の強みを見つめ直し、理想の自分を目指しましょう。

●コンピテンシーとは
ハイパフォーマーに共通して見られる行動特性のことで、高い成果につながる行動特性とも言われています。
コンピテンシーの例としては、感情に流されず落ち着いて判断ができる「冷静さ」や、率先して行動した上で状況に応じて軌道修正をするなどが挙げられます。

このアプリのコンピテンシートレーニングでは具体的な行動そのものではなく、行動につながる「性向」「動機」「価値観」といった要素を重視して記録するためのユーザーインターフェースを提供しています。

隙間時間で記録ができるので習慣化することができます。
リマインド機能も付いているので忘れてしまうこともありません。
