CareerTrack

CareerTrack is a job search app pointed at one field: insurance claims.

If you adjust claims — staff, independent, or catastrophe — the general job boards bury the handful of roles that actually fit you under everything else. CareerTrack lets you search for the work you do and keep every application in one place.

WHAT YOU GET

Job search
Search live listings by keyword, location, salary and industry, so claims adjuster, estimator and restoration roles are what you are looking at instead of a generic feed.

Match scoring against your own resume
Upload your resume once and listings are scored against your real experience, so you can tell at a glance which postings are worth your time.

Resume builder
Build and tailor a resume with AI assistance for a specific posting rather than sending the same one everywhere.

Interview preparation
Practice with AI-powered mock interviews and get feedback before the real conversation.

Application and goal tracking
Track what you have applied to, set career goals, log milestones, and get reminders so nothing sits unanswered.

Skill development plans
Identify the skills that matter for where you want to go next and track your progress toward them.
