Carlo Flashcards

Carlo remembers what you forget.

Carlo uses FSRS — a next-generation spaced repetition algorithm — to show you cards right before you'd forget them. No streaks. No guilt. Just better memory.

Swipe to learn
Tap a card to reveal the answer. Swipe right if you got it, left if you need more practice. Carlo adjusts future reviews based on your response — automatically.

Learn Before You Scroll
Turn your scrolling habit into a learning habit. Connect Carlo to iOS Shortcuts to review 3 quick flashcards before opening Instagram, TikTok, or any app. You learn a little every time — without even planning to.

Import your Anki decks
Already have flashcards? Import .apkg files directly. Carlo converts Anki's scheduling data to FSRS so you pick up right where you left off. Cloze deletions and deck hierarchies are preserved.

Multiple card types
Create definition cards, example cards, or multiple choice cards. Whatever fits your subject.

Organize your way
Group cards into decks and sub-decks. Study multiple decks in a single session or focus on just one.

Sync across devices
Sign in and your cards follow you. Study on your iPhone, continue on your iPad — nothing gets lost.

Built for learning, not engagement metrics
No streak counters pressuring you to show up. No leaderboards comparing you to others. No nagging notifications. Carlo respects your time and trusts you to learn at your own pace.
