La app Centro de Relevo crea un puente entre la persona sorda y la oyente, permitiendo comunicarse en LSC con contactos personales, empresas clientes de FENASCOL y cualquier número telefónico colombiano. La necesidad de la presencia física de un intérprete se sustituye por el acceso en línea a un intérprete profesional mediante servicio VRS/VRI desde el smartphone.
Principales funciones y características:
- Interpretación profesional en LSC por intérpretes cualificados a través de videollamada.
- Acceso inmediato a un intérprete sin necesidad de reservar o agendar.
- Posibilidad de marcar cualquier número telefónico de Colombia y llamar a las empresas clientes de FENASCOL sin barreras de comunicación.
- Posibilidad de llamar a contactos guardados, revisar el historial de llamadas y volver a marcar a las personas contactadas previamente.
- Creación de solicitudes de interpretación presencial (cara a cara) directamente desde la app.
