CHALOG: Tea Tasting Notes

Quietly log today's bowl of tea.

CHALOG is a calm tasting journal for matcha and Japanese tea. Capture how each cup tasted — in a photo and a few words — and let your own preferences take shape over time.

Turn "that was good" into something you can actually remember. Record umami, sweetness, bitterness, astringency and finish on a simple radar, and your next tea — and how to brew it — slowly becomes clearer.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
