The "Change2go" app from CHRYSALIS Services AG boasts helpful and in-depth information on change and offers various tools that can be easily, professionally, and successfully applied in your everyday professional life. In addition to text input and voice control, you'll also find helpful step-by-step videos that will make using the app easier. The AI-based change coach has also been fed with 27 years of professional experience in change management and provides answers to your questions that you can really use.
The app is based on 14 tools in three different categories: Perceive, Think and Act.
PERCEIVE The perception tools help you focus on the essential aspects of change. What is it actually about, and what do I need to pay particular attention to? These tools help you make a realistic and objective assessment of the current situation.
THINK The thinking tools help you organize your thoughts. You learn to make optimal decisions for yourself and your team, and you recognize potential risks and unnecessary resource drains. This allows you to better assess which step you should take next and in which direction.
ACT The action tools not only help you put your ideas into practice, they also support you in better handling conflict-ridden situations and successfully persuading your counterpart.
PROJECTS You can save all your tool activities in a dedicated project history. This allows you to see at any time how you are progressing in the process and what you can work on next. At the same time, you can share your projects with your team members and discuss the project's progress with them directly in the group chat at any time. To keep track of everything, you can set calendar reminders directly from the tools and stay up to date.
