ChatAEC

ChatAEC is an AI assistant for architecture, engineering, and construction teams. Ask a question in plain language and get an answer grounded in zoning rules, codes, and parcel data, with sources you can check.

ASK ABOUT ANY SITE
Pick a location on the map and start a chat about it. Ask what is allowed, which zone it falls in, and what rules apply. Answers include citations so you can see where the information came from.

EXPLORE THE MAP
Browse parcels and zoning on an interactive map, search by address, and open site details with a tap. Switch map layers, including FEMA flood maps, to understand a site before you visit it.

KEEP YOUR WORK IN ONE PLACE
Your conversations are saved to your account, so you can pick up where you left off. Switch between your personal and team workspaces, and use the app in English, Spanish, French, Chinese, or Arabic.

DESIGNED FOR THE FIELD
Check a site on the go, share what you find, and get quick answers without going back to your desk.
