Chomps is where cooking, groceries and nutrition finally live in one app. Save a recipe from anywhere, check what's actually in the food, build the shopping list, get it delivered.
SAVE ANY RECIPE, FROM ANYWHERE
1. Share a recipe straight to Chomps from Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Pinterest, or paste a link from any recipe site
2. Chomps pulls out the ingredients, the steps, the cook time and the servings
3. Choose what happens next: start a post, start a new shopping list, or add it to a list you already keep
Several recipes in one post? Pick the one you want.
KNOW WHAT'S ACTUALLY IN YOUR FOOD
Scan a barcode and get a 0-100 health score with a plain-English verdict.
- Calories, protein, carbs and fat per serving
- Sugar, added sugar, sodium, saturated fat, fiber and cholesterol, each rated good or bad instead of dumped on you as a table
- Additives counted and risk-rated, allergens flagged, full ingredient list
- Nutri-Score grade and NOVA group where available
- Every scan saved to your history, so you can favorite the ones you buy again
- No barcode handy? Search the product by name
SHOP IT AND GET IT DELIVERED
- Build a cart across Kroger and its family of banners, Walmart, H-E-B and Central Market, with real store-level pricing
- Filter by On Sale, Under $5 and Under $10
- Hand the cart to Instacart for checkout and delivery, with your store already selected
- Find nearby stores on the Store Map, with hours and open status
LISTS THAT WORK ANYWHERE
- Build lists with your own sections, colors and icons
- Drag to reorder, pin the one you use most, check things off as you shop
- Share a list by link so someone else can pick it up
- Open a recipe and Chomps shows you which ingredients you already have on a list
- Everything works with no signal and syncs the moment you're back online
A FEED WORTH COOKING FROM
- Two home feeds, For You and Following, plus a full-screen vertical video feed
- Post up to 10 photos and 4 videos with ingredients, numbered steps, prep time, servings and allergy tags
- Crop, trim and add text overlays without leaving the app
- Threaded comments and replies, likes, saves, hashtags and @mentions
- Picture-in-picture keeps a recipe playing while you cook
FOR THE WAY YOU ACTUALLY EAT
Twenty-minute weeknight dinners. Sunday batch cooking. High-protein meals when you're training. Budget shops where the list matters more than the recipe. Reading a label before it goes in the cart. Feeding a family without four apps open at once.
Chomps is fully translated into English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean and Polish, and you can tap to translate any post into around 100 more.
