The Cigna Expecting More app offers you an easy way to track and learn about your pregnancy. In this new exclusive app, you’ll have live access within the app’s Message Center to our Health Advocates*. You can ask them anything you would like right there in the app, in real time during business hours. Ask about medical questions or learn about emotional wellness support. They can point you to the right health topic, additional helpful information, and other health resources offered through your medical benefits plan.

There's a lot to keep track of when you're pregnant or have a newborn. The Cigna Expecting More app can help make it simple. Use it to receive personalized support for your unique motherhood experience and stay on top of your health during every stage of your pregnancy.

Turn to your new app for:
• Notifications about important information regarding your pregnancy, new messages, and to dos.
• Message with a team of Health Advocates that will help guide you on your pregnancy journey.
• Stay on top of your mental health with check in surveys and resources
• Learn about health symptoms and issues in the Learn Library and watch videos about your baby’s weekly development.
• Create a list of things to talk about with your doctor, and set reminders.
• Feel connected to your baby with the Baby Boost relaxation tool.
