• A timer that respects your day
Start, pause, resume, or end a fast in a single tap. Adjust your start or end time after the fact when life gets in the way. The dashboard shows your current state, progress toward your window, and elapsed time at a glance.

• Five protocols, plus your own
Choose from 14:10, 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 or OMAD — or build a custom protocol by the hour. Switch any time without losing your history.

• Designed around the circadian rhythm
The visual identity follows the cycle of night, sunrise, and day. Soft MeshGradient backgrounds shift with your fasting state, and Liquid Glass is applied with restraint to controls and navigation — never as decoration over your content.

• Apple Health, both ways
Log your weight in kilograms or pounds and Circa writes it to Apple Health. Weight you add elsewhere — a smart scale, the Health app, another tracker — flows back into Circa automatically. Unit preference is auto-detected from your region and fully overridable.

• Your data, on your device
Everything lives locally with SwiftData and syncs privately across your devices through your own iCloud account. No required account. No external backend. No social feed.

• Built for everyone
Full Dynamic Type support, VoiceOver labels throughout, Reduce Motion respected, and high-contrast colors. Localized in English, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil), Russian, Japanese, Korean, Simplified and Traditional Chinese, Danish, Swedish, and Turkish.

• Thoughtful notifications
Local reminders for the end of your fast, eating windows, and weekly weight check-ins — never spammy, always controllable from Settings.

A monthly or yearly subscription unlocks advanced statistics, guided 7/14/30-day plans and motivational push notifications. A free trial is available on the monthly and yearly plan. The core timer, history, and Apple Health integration are free, forever — Premium is for people who want to go deeper, not a tax for using the basics.
