Clarity: Tasks & Habits

Your mind has better things to do than hold every open loop.

Clarity is a calm, private place for tasks, habits, notes, projects, and your calendar. Your library stays on your iPhone, its minimal black-and-white design keeps the canvas quiet, and thoughtful motion makes planning feel lighter.

PRIVATE FROM THE START
• No account, advertising, analytics, or cross-app tracking.
• On supported Apple Intelligence devices and languages, Apple SpeechAnalyzer and Foundation Models keep voice transcription and interpretation entirely on device.
• If a local voice stage is unavailable, Clarity uses its Groq fallback only when you invoke voice and only for the audio, transcript, or context that stage needs.

CAPTURE WITHOUT FRICTION
• Add an everyday task in a moment.
• Organize tasks into Personal, Work, or Errands.
• Plan with focused Today and Upcoming views.
• Set dates, reminders, locations, and recurring schedules.
• With Clarity Pro, speak naturally and let voice intelligence create the right task, reminder, habit, note, or project.

NOTES WITH ROOM TO THINK
• Keep personal notes separate from project work.
• Preserve bold, italic, underline, bullets, links, and indentation when you paste.
• Search your notes and pin what matters.
• Dictate exact words into an open note, then choose whether AI should create a title and clean summary.

PROJECTS, WITHOUT THE OVERHEAD
• Give each project its own brief, status, target date, tasks, and notes.
• See progress, next actions, and recent thinking in one restrained workspace.
• Keep the work visible without turning your life into a dashboard.

HABITS THAT MATCH REAL LIFE
• Track daily, weekday, weekly, or custom rhythms.
• Group habits around Routine, Body, Mind, and Sleep.
• Optionally connect step or sleep progress from Apple Health. Clarity reads only the data you choose and never writes health data.

YOUR TIME, CONNECTED
• See dated tasks and project milestones in a quiet calendar.
• Receive local reminders for the things you choose.
• With Clarity Pro, sync eligible tasks to a dedicated Apple Calendar and keep priorities visible in small and medium Home Screen widgets.

DESIGNED FOR YOUR ATTENTION
• Start from a simple List View or switch to the horizontal Nav View.
• Rearrange Tasks, Calendar, Habits, Notes, and Projects around the way you think.
• Search across your personal library and project workspaces.
• Use light or dark appearance, Dynamic Type, VoiceOver, and Reduce Motion.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your library remains local whichever voice route is available. Location, Calendar, Health, microphone, and notification permissions are requested only when you use the relevant feature.
