Clarity is a time capsule for your photos and videos. You capture a moment, you choose the date it reopens — in a year, in five years, in ten years — and until then the capsule stays sealed. Even to you.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Capture a photo or a video.
2. Name it, pick its unlock date.
3. Seal it. It leaves your sight until that day.
4. When the day comes, the unlock ceremony gives it back to you.

• Create as many private groups as you like, for free, and drop capsules together; each one opens for every member on its unlock date

WE CAN'T OPEN IT BEFORE YOU

Every capsule is encrypted on your phone (AES-256-GCM) before anything is uploaded. Your key is created on your phone, and its backup is locked by your PIN. On iPhone, this key can also be backed up in your iCloud Keychain, which Apple encrypts. We never see a single pixel of your memories, and we cannot open a capsule early — even if someone asked us to. Only one gesture takes a capsule out of the vault: yours. If you share an opened capsule outside Clarity, the app warns you — it then leaves unencrypted.
