To some those possibilities may seem out of reach. Others have no frame of reference to help them recognize the true potential for their lives. It is easy to get so caught up in the midst of difficult circumstances, and to get so focused on the “what is” that we forget about the “what could be”. Sometimes we just need someone to come alongside us whose eyes aren’t clouded by the fog of the current situation, someone who can bring clarity and help us see the possibilities, someone who can help us find our way back to a path that leads to a desirable destination.

As we serve our communities that is our approach. We come alongside people and help them see all their options so they can choose the best path. Sometimes they are young people at the trailhead of life simply deciding what paths they want to explore. They can see all their options and the possibilities, they just need a little guidance in choosing their path. Other times we see people who have chosen a path and are now second guessing their decision. They’ve lost hope, lost sight of what could be, and are letting their current situations define and limit them.

At Clarity, we’ve each experienced times like this, times when we didn’t know which path to choose, or times when we got caught up in our circumstances and began to let them determine our path. However, through our own personal experience, we’ve discovered that there is hope. With a little help, we’re able to lift our eyes and look beyond our current situation, seeing the possibilities ahead and being reassured that we can choose a better path, no matter where we are on the journey.
