Notifex is a pager and a decision inbox for AI agents. Any agent that speaks MCP can reach you through it: Claude Code, Codex, OpenCode, OpenClaw, Hermes, Cursor, n8n and others.

What it does

- Real questions, not just alerts. An agent can ask a single-select, multi-select or free-text question and wait for your answer. There is no timeout.
- One tap to unblock. Your answer goes straight back to the agent and the run continues.
- Messages too. Deploy finished. Tests are green. Status when you want it, questions when it matters.
- Batches. A release checklist arrives as one notification you page through, not five separate pings.
- One inbox per project. Switch between projects like mail. Every thread keeps its history.
- Invite your team. Everyone gets the push, and the first answer wins.

Setup

One entry in your agent's MCP config: a URL and a project key. Nothing to install on your Mac. No daemon, no bridge, no pairing. Keys are per project and you can revoke them.

What it is not

Notifex does not mirror your terminal and does not need access to your machine. It carries the questions your agent chooses to ask, and the answers you send back.
