Cleaning Estimate Navi

Cleaning Estimate Navi is a fast, offline estimation app built for cleaning businesses, janitorial companies, and property managers.

Just enter the floor area, number of rooms, and fixture counts — the app instantly calculates standard work hours and a rough estimate. Save your own rates and times as presets so you can produce consistent quotes for every job in seconds, even on the phone.

KEY FEATURES

• Auto estimate calculator
Computes total work hours and price from area (sq ft), toilets, bathrooms, washbasins, kitchens, windows, doors, staircases, balconies, AC units, custom items, and more.

• Editable rate presets
Save unlimited rate / time presets (per-job-type pricing). Build your own US Standard preset with your $/sq ft rates and minutes per sq ft. Switch presets per builder or property type.

• Simple mode
A streamlined input screen for quick phone-call estimates.

• Profit check
Subtract your costs (consumables, transportation, subcontracting) and compare your effective hourly rate against a target.

• Estimate & Invoice PDFs
Generate professional estimates and invoices, save as PDF, or share via the iOS share sheet.

• Work log & accuracy review
Save your forecasts alongside the actual hours/workers/days you record after each job. The dashboard shows the forecast-vs-actual gap so you can fine-tune your rates over time.

• Fully offline & private
All data is stored on your device. No accounts, no servers, no tracking. Back up to a JSON file you control (great for Google Drive / iCloud).

PRICING UNITS

The English mode is built around US conventions — rates per sq ft, dollars, and a configurable sales-tax rate that you set for your state or locality.

WHO IT'S FOR

• Post-construction (new-build) cleaning
• Post-renovation cleaning
• Move-out / vacancy / turnover cleaning
• Re-cleans and recurring services
• Other residential or light-commercial cleaning

WHY ESTIMATORS LOVE IT

Stop digging through old spreadsheets to figure out what you charged the last builder. Save the rates that work for you, pick the right preset, and quote with confidence — without giving away margin.

PRIVACY

The app does not collect personal information and runs fully offline. Backups stay in your control.
