Description

I dipendenti presenti in sedi remote (condomini in cui viene effettuato il servizio di pulizia, cantieri ecc.) potranno beggiare ingresso ed uscita proprio come se stessero nella sede centrale. Quando il dipendente beggierà l'uscita dal luogo in cui sta effettuando il lavoro, dovrà selezionare le attività (precompilate) che sono state eseguite durante il periodo intercorso tra ingresso ed uscita.Il dipendente potrà effettuare delle segnalazioni (descrizione e foto) su guasti, malfunzionamenti ed altro direttamente utilizzando lo smartphone. Potrà inoltre associandosi al cantiere inviare rapporti, e rapporti su qualità sicurezza e ambiente. Dal Centro di Controllo, l'Amministratore potrà monitorare il lavoro svolto dai dipendenti ed avere statistiche su chi, quando e cosa è stato fatto. E' inoltre possibile cliccare sul bottone mezzo dell'app e associarsi al mezzo, in tal modo l'utente potrà essere tracciato in tempo reale sulla mappa.
