Click Workforce is the site app for operatives working for UK civil-engineering contractors. Clock in, read and sign your documents, keep your cards in date and tell the office what's happening, all from your own phone, even where there's no signal.

Your employer sets up your account. Sign in with your mobile number and the code sent to you by text. There's no password to remember.

WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Everything works offline. Clock in at the gate, sign a document or write a site note with no signal at all, and the app sends it by itself when you're back in range. Nothing is lost and nothing is sent twice.

CLOCK IN AND OUT
Tap once to clock in. The app records where you are at that moment and takes a quick photo, so your hours stand up without timesheets or arguments. On sites with a gate tablet, scan its code first. Your location is only checked when you clock in or out, never in the background.

RAMS, INDUCTIONS AND TOOLBOX TALKS
Read the documents for your site on your phone and sign them when you reach the end. You can see what's waiting for your signature and what you've already signed. No paper, no chasing.

YOUR CARDS AND CERTIFICATES
Add your CSCS, CPCS, NPORS, SSSTS, first aid and other cards with a photo. See which are valid, which are waiting for the office to check them, and which need renewing, before an expired card stops you working.

HOLIDAYS
Ask for time off in a couple of taps and see when it's approved, without a phone call.

SITE NOTES
Tell the office about deliveries, visitors, weather and problems, with up to four photos. Notes stay with the site as a record.

SITE DIRECTORY
Find the site manager, engineer, first aider and gate security for each of your sites, and tap a number to ring them.

YOUR DAY, DECIDED
Activity shows every clock-in and signature you've made and what the office decided about it, so you're never left wondering.
