Ważna uwaga - aplikacja nie zastąpi treningu pod okiem doświadczonego instruktora! Nie taka jest też jej rola. Założenie jest raczej takie, że znacie elementy, aplikacja pozwala na ich usystematyzowanie i metodyczne podejście do treningu.
W planach stałe powiększanie bazy ćwiczeń oraz kolejne funkcjonalności, które pozwolą Wam min. lepiej dopasować aplikacje do swoich potrzeb. W tym dogrywanie kontentu "w locie" oraz spersonalizowane statystyki.
