CLOCK IN: Timesheets & Rota

CLOCK IN is the work app for firms with people on the move: building and trades, care, cleaning and hospitality. Your team clocks in and out on their phone, and you get accurate hours, timesheets and records without the paperwork. Pick your industry and the app uses your words: jobs, sites, clients or venues.

CLOCK IN AT WORK
- One big button to clock in and out
- Optional travel time: travel, on site, travel home, with your own rules for paying it
- Optional flag when someone clocks in away from the site
- Location recorded only at the moment of clocking in and out, never tracked during the day
- Add notes and photos when clocking out

HOURS AND TIMESHEETS
- Weekly hours at a glance, edits flagged for review
- Paid weekly or monthly: approve, mark paid, download the pay list
- Everything downloads to Excel for payroll or your accountant
- Certificates of Hours as PDFs, ready to send

RUN YOUR TEAM
- Rota: plan and publish shifts, see who's late or hasn't clocked in
- Projects with dates, progress, team, task lists, notes, photos and files
- Snag lists with photos, imported from PDF, shared with the client
- RAMS and site documents with read and sign-off tracking
- Warehouse stock: what's in, what's low, who booked what out to which job
- Holidays booked and approved from the phone
- Meetings, shifts and training: replies, limited places, add to calendar, attendance records
- A private Management folder only managers can see
