We'll immediately show you which cloudio vehicle can pick you up, when and where.

BOOK YOUR TRIP
We use the app to navigate you to a nearby stop where you will be picked up. This stop can also be purely virtual and will be shown on the map on your mobile phone. You can follow live where exactly your vehicle is on the way to you.

PAY IN THE APP
Since the offer is integrated into the existing public transport, your journey only costs a small surcharge to the Cottbusverkehr ticket. The exact price for your selected route will be shown to you in the app when you book. You can store your desired payment method directly in the app and pay very conveniently.

RATE YOUR RIDE
When you arrive at your destination, the shuttle will take you to a (virtual) stop near your destination. From there we will navigate you to your final destination using the app. Finally, you can give us feedback and rate the offer via the app.
