Clutch Index (GLab)

What is the main difference between average and clutch individual?

Can we predict when an individual is at risk of losing insanity? What can accelerate an individual mental fatigue recovery?

What sorts and intensity of stress or stimulus will be most effective for an individual to enhance performance level?

How do we precisely predict mental breakdown to a specific individual with constant allostatic load?

If you don’t understand what’s going on with the underlying biological ‘state’ of subatomic level of cells themselves, you can’t make a prediction about what is going to change brain performance, decision making neuro-pathway or stress tolerance.

Clutch index is pioneering new generations of stress computational models using the biometric, performance and lifestyle data.

The goal is to bring these computation models "to life" by introducing various ratio between performance, biometric and lifestyle data so that a real time brain heat map model can be generated to reflect the change in different brain functionalities during limbic activation.

Clutch index computation model is to figure out how to incorporate multidisciplinary data into dynamic brain heat map to aid prediction related to pH level, homeostasis, stress tolerance, neuronal synchronization and brainwave ratio. User combines both PGI and Clutch Index app to carry out different stress induced assessments to reflect what’s happening to the limbic system and autonomous nervous system.

Putting the pieces together

Clutch index computation model identifies lifestyle, performance and biometric changes that point to developmental stage of different brain functionalities and limbic system deactivation. At least 8 assessments are needed to validate initial baseline data.

At each subsequent assessment, the Clutch index computation model will then be able to apply insights or coefficient that emerge from this feedback loop between BrainFuel index and Clutch Index scores to predict performance level of different brain functionalities. Biomarkers in sweat, saliva or blood; or information that can be picked up via non-invasive imaging tools, will help to improve predictive accuracy of the computation model.

It has been scientifically proven that brain performance deteriorates when limbic system hijacks the prefrontal cortex of our brain. The Clutch index app provides first of its kind self-guided platform to understand the impact of our lifestyle choice on change associated with performance in sport and life.
