Coach Assist Gym

Coach Assist helps personal trainers and their clients manage coaching in one focused workspace.

For coaches, it brings clients, programs, bookings, workouts, progress, and payments together so the day is easier to plan and follow.

For clients, it creates a clear training home where they can connect with a coach, view upcoming sessions, request appointments, follow progress, and stay in sync.

What you can do:
- Connect coaches and clients with QR codes or invite links
- Manage coach availability and client booking requests
- Plan workouts from reusable routines or ad hoc sessions
- Track active workouts with sets, notes, records, and completion checks
- Keep calendar sessions, reminders, and system calendar sync organized
- Follow session balances, payments, pricing, and monthly revenue
- Review dashboards, monthly reports, statistics, weight logs, and progress photos
- Use notification inbox and push alerts for bookings, workouts, connections, and reminders

Coach Assist is built for real coaching work: less admin, clearer communication, and better follow-through between coach and client.
