Workouts: open your assigned workouts and log sets, reps and weight. Your previous results fill in automatically, and you can swap or add exercises, record circuit results and leave feedback for your coach. Finishing a workout shows personal records, XP and badges.
Class schedule: browse your gym's class calendar, book or cancel sessions, join waitlists and see your upcoming bookings.
Community: post updates, reply, react, @mention other members, and share photos and videos with your gym.
Messages: chat directly with your coaches and training partners, including sending photos.
Challenges: join gym challenges, complete daily to-dos, submit photo, video or text tasks, and follow the leaderboards and challenge feed.
