ABOUT COLITIS TRACKER Colitis Tracker started in 2014. It was built for a registered nurse living with Crohn's disease who needed a clinical record she could actually hand to her doctor. The app has been completely rebuilt from the ground up — available on any device, with the same focus on privacy and clinical utility it was founded on.
Each subscription will automatically renew 3 days before the expiration date for
the same time period. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the renewal.
