Colleet

Everything a collector needs, at your fingertips.

Colleet brings the rigour of a professional registrar to your collection. Every work documented, every document at hand, every value tracked, all protected by Face ID and ready to share whenever you choose.

A COMPLETE RECORD FOR EVERY WORK
Front and back photos, medium, dimensions in centimetres or inches, acquisition, provenance, exhibition history, storage location, status (loan, deposit, restoration, sale), condition report, insurance and Art Loss Register check. A red dot shows what is still missing.

YOUR DOCUMENTS, ALWAYS AT HAND
Invoices and certificates of authenticity are scanned front and back: the page is detected, straightened and separated from the background. Condition reports are stored with each record.

YOUR COLLECTION, AS A GALLERY
Browse your works as a grid or as a gallery walk, with their label. Sort and filter by artist, medium, location, status, condition or value.

INSIGHTS AT A GLANCE
Total value, breakdown by artist and medium, value history of each work, and a dashboard of records to complete, works to restore, insurance renewals and valuations to update. An interactive globe shows where your works are kept around the world.

WISHLIST
Track lots spotted at auction and works seen in galleries: estimate, buyer's premium, bidding ceiling, availability, desire rating. Once acquired, the record joins your collection in one tap.

Send your collection or a single record to an expert, an insurer or a gallery, read only. Choose exactly which details are shared and for how long: 24 hours, one week, one month or with no limit. End access at any time.

SECURITY FIRST
Passcode and Face ID at every launch. Amounts hidden in one tap. Your data stays on your iPhone and in your private iCloud: no ads, no trackers, no third party servers.

Designed by an art advisor, for collectors who manage their collection with the same care they put into building it.
