College Executive Function (CEF) turns your syllabi, course documents, and calendars into a single, synchronized academic plan — so you spend less time managing your semester and more time studying.

HOW IT WORKS
• Import a syllabus, course PDF, Google Doc, or .ics calendar file — including from Google Drive, Dropbox, iCloud Drive, or other cloud storage apps enabled under Files
• AI extracts deadlines, exams, and assignments — and flags each item's grade weight so you know what actually matters
• CEF builds a study plan around your real schedule, respecting the study hours, breaks, and limits you set
• Everything syncs to your Google Calendar automatically, two-way — edit an event on either side and it stays in sync

BUILT FOR EXECUTIVE FUNCTION CHALLENGES
If "just use a planner" advice never sticks because keeping the planner updated becomes its own project, CEF does the organizing for you: it reads the syllabus so you don't have to transcribe it, breaks big deliverables into smaller steps on request, and shows a running "Semester Health" view of what's due soon.

YOUR DATA, YOUR KEY
CEF is BYOK (bring your own key) for AI: you connect your own free Google Gemini API key, so your documents are processed under your own Google account, not a shared company account. Calendar data and source documents are stored locally on your device. CEF does not sell data or share it with third parties for advertising.
