Collie: Pet Care & Sitting

The pet care app for every home where more than one person cares for the pets: your partner, your family, and the sitter who covers while you're away. See exactly who did what, the moment it happens. No missed meds. No double-feeding. No "did you walk the dog?" texts.

Collie is fully free. No limits, no catch.

REAL-TIME ATTRIBUTION

The moment anyone marks a task done, everyone sees it: "Completed by Alex at 7:05 PM." A second tap is silently discarded. No duplicates, no double-feeding, no double-dosing. The most-asked question in any multi-person home ("did you already?") finally has a real answer. And it works exactly the same when a sitter is covering.

ONE DASHBOARD FOR THE WHOLE ROUTINE

Open Collie and see today at a glance. Due now, overdue, up next, later today, completed. Every pet, every caregiver, one screen. Tap once to mark done. That's it.

JOURNAL: LOG WHAT YOU NOTICE

Appetite off. New limp. A weird noise at 2am. Log it in seconds with a tag and a photo, and it lands on a timeline the whole household can see. Good days count too: milestones, funny moments, a great walk. Collie only logs what you tell it: no diagnosis, just a record for you and your vet.

PET SITTING, BUILT IN

Heading out of town? Invite a sitter by email for exact dates. They get a pre-populated briefing with everything you would normally type into a giant text message: each pet's routine, feeding details, medication instructions, your emergency vet contact, and your notes. Access is limited to the pets you share, starts and ends automatically, and you can revoke it anytime.

FOR SITTERS

If you're the one doing the visits: open Collie and it's all there. Work through the day's checklist, then share one update with your notes, photos, and visit times. The family sees it the moment you send it, so you never have to compose the "all good, fed at 7!" text again. Every home you sit lives in one app, and Collie is free for sitters with no limit on visits or homes. Sitting for someone who isn't on Collie yet? Invite them from the app and help them set up their home and pets.

VISIT REPORTS

When a sitter shares a visit, the household gets a push and a clean visit summary: what was done, when, with notes and photos. Every visit is saved, so the record of care is always there.

MEDICATION REMINDERS THAT WON'T QUIT

Pet medication is serious. Miss one dose of phenobarbital and you are at the vet. Collie sends you a follow-up reminder every 10 minutes for a full hour until the dose is logged. Medication reminders are always standalone, never grouped with meals or walks. Every dose, confirmed.

SCHEDULES THAT FIT REAL PET LIFE

Twice-daily insulin at 7am and 7pm. Flea meds every 28 days. A bath every other Sunday. Set the schedule once and Collie reminds everyone at the right time, with up to six reminder times per task and optional start and stop dates so a course of antibiotics can end itself automatically. Every schedule type included, free.

BUILT FOR YOUR WHOLE HOUSEHOLD

Your partner, your roommate, the family member who covers on weekends. Everyone shares the same pets, schedule, and live history. Admins manage pets and schedules; members complete tasks.

EVERY PET, EVERY SPECIES

Dogs, cats, rabbits, birds, reptiles, small mammals, all first-class in Collie. Archive a pet to keep the list clean without losing its history.

WORKS OFFLINE, SYNCS LATER

Mark tasks complete anywhere, with or without signal. Collie syncs everything when you reconnect, and handles a race with another member gracefully: no errors, just a quiet "Already completed by [Name]."

FULLY FREE

Every feature here is free for everyone: all pets, every schedule type, household sharing, the journal, sitter invites, visit updates, medication reminders. No locked features, no limits, no catch.

Collie is the shared pet care app for every home where pet care is a team sport, and for every sitter who keeps it running.
