〜各メニューごとに８０種類を超える筋肉から鍛えられるメイン、サブの筋肉を１０種類まで登録可能にすることで、日々のトレーニングによりどの筋肉に対して、どれだけの負荷がかかったかを自動計算し細かく管理できます。

2. １６０種類以上の豊富なトレーニングメニュー
〜豊富なメニューの中から鍛えたい部位を指定して最適なメニューを見つけることができます。
〜各メニューの実施方法を説明するYoutube動画をみることができます。

3. 自分だけのトレーニングプランを作成
〜最大１０個のトレーニングプランをあらかじめ作成しておくことで、今日はどのトレーニングだっけ？っと思い出さなくても、プランを見れば一目でわかります。
〜実施したいメニューがない場合は、Youtube動画を登録、鍛えられる部位を設定することで、カスタマイズしたメニューを作成可能。

現在はトレのーニング結果を筋肉グループごとに表示し、日時管理することしかできませんが、各筋肉にかかった負荷を筋肉ごとに週管理できる機能を現在実装中です。
※なお、週管理のために必要なデータは全て現在の機能で取得できるようになっておりますので、追加情報なく今後のアップデートでの機能にデータを反映させることができます。

視覚的に画像で鍛えた箇所がわかるように、トレーニングで鍛えた部位をハイライトし、画像に表示する機能を開発中です。
