The app is now available for patients receiving care through St. Luke's Health in Texas, Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in Texas, St. Joseph Health Medical Group in Texas, CHI St. Vincent Medical Group in Arkansas, CHI Saint Joseph Health in Kentucky, CommonSpirit - Tennessee and Georgia, or Virginia Mason and The Doctor’s Clinic in Washington.
With the app you can:

• View recent test results and visit summaries
