Companion Matched

Companion is built around one idea: the best conversations start with something in common. Instead of ranking people by looks alone, Companion ranks every profile by how many interests you actually share — so every match already has somewhere to go.

HOW IT WORKS

Pick your interests
Choose from a curated set of interests across 16 categories — everything from hiking and live music to board games and taco trucks. The more you pick, the better your matches.

Swipe through real matches
Your Discover deck is ranked by shared interests, not just distance or a photo. See exactly what you have in common with each person before you decide.

Match instantly
When you both like each other, it's a match — right away, no waiting. Send a message straight from the celebration screen and keep the momentum going.

Chat in real time
Matches move into a live 1:1 chat with read receipts and instant delivery, so conversations feel like actual conversations.
