Description

De Concrefy app is een applicatie waarmee de productiecontrole van betonproducten op een slimme manier uitgevoerd wordt. Elke stap in het productieproces van een betonproduct moet gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd worden voordat naar de volgende stap gegaan kan worden. Met de Concrefy app worden deze stappen per product getoond en de voortgang vastgelegd. Door deze digitale registratie wordt de voortgang van de gehele productie inzichtelijk gemaakt, zowel in de app als op de gekoppelde website. Medewerkers in de productie bevestigen in de app wanneer ze een processtap gereed hebben. Dit kan zijn de voorbereiding van de mal, het aanbrengen van wapening, isolatie, of het storten van de betonspecie. Een voorman of productieleider die de processtappen moet controleren krijgt een pushbericht zodra een element gereed is om gecontroleerd te worden. In de dashboardpagina zijn de te controleren producten middels kleur gemarkeerd.
