Concrete & Drywall Calculator

One app for four building trades: concrete, drywall, tiling and roofing. Create a job, add items from several trades, then produce the materials list (cost prices) and the PDF quote (selling prices), grouped by trade with subtotals.

CONCRETE
• Free: slab, wall, footing, round column and stairs; volume, cement bags and sand, waste included.
• Concrete subscription: other shapes, retaining walls, lintels, bond beams, vaults, rebar, formwork, several zones added up, pour log.

DRYWALL
• Free: up to 3 drawn rooms, board-by-board layout, checks, on-screen cut list, board count and estimated price.
• Drywall subscription: unlimited rooms, full materials breakdown (studs and tracks, screws, tape, joint compound, insulation), editable prices, layout plan and cut list export.

TILING
• Free: one rectangular room in straight lay, with its layout plan, cuts and quantities.
• Tiling subscription: more rooms, L and T shapes, obstacles, offset, diagonal or modular patterns, PDF layout plan, editable prices.

ROOFING
• Free: one roof with one or two slopes; area, plan, rafters, battens, tiles and pitch check.
• Roofing subscription: more roofs, hips, L shape, several sections, flashing, budget and materials.

The Materials and Quote PDFs include the trades you have unlocked. An example job shows all four trades. Metric or imperial, your choice of currency, 27 languages, light or dark appearance. Calculations work offline. No ads, no account: your data stays on your phone. Results are estimates for guidance.

Each trade is unlocked by its own auto-renewing subscription: Concrete (weekly or yearly), Drywall (monthly or yearly), Tiling (weekly or yearly), Roofing (monthly or yearly). An annual “Every trade” subscription unlocks all four trades, as does the one-time lifetime “Every trade” purchase, which is not a subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID account settings. The price of each plan is shown in the app before purchase.
