Permissions
When you download the Conexus Mobile App, you consent to its installation and any future updates or upgrades. You can withdraw your consent anytime by uninstalling the app.
The app may request access to:
- Location – to help you find the nearest branch or ATM
- Camera – to deposit cheques with Remote Deposit Capture
- Contacts – to create Interac e-Transfer® recipients using your contact list

Security matters
Your security is our top priority. Use of the Conexus Mobile App is subject to the terms and conditions found in
the Electronic Services Agreement. While the mobile app employs strict security measures, in
order to achieve maximum protection, you are also encouraged to review your security
obligations as outlined in the above-mentioned account agreement.
