Confessio: Catholic Prayer

Confessio is your companion for a deeper prayer life and a well-prepared confession — with absolute privacy.

Everything you record stays encrypted on your iPhone and protected by Face ID. Your confessions are sacred, and the app was designed around that.

EXAMINATION OF CONSCIENCE
Record and organize your examination of conscience with discretion. Clear categories help you prepare for confession calmly and deeply.

PRAYERS
A library of dozens of traditional Catholic prayers, to read in silence or hear aloud, with the text following the voice. Search, favorites, and tracking of your prayer days.

ROSARY WITH AUDIO
Pray the Rosary guided by audio, with all 20 mysteries (Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious), alternating voices, and a sacred musical background. Adjust the speed and language.

PRAYER PLANS
Build your own sequence of prayers, heard aloud or read in silence. The app moves from one to the next, and a reminder calls you at the hour you choose.

CARPLAY
Pray on the road with your iPhone in your pocket: the Gospel and the saints of the day read aloud, the rosary, the guided devotions, and your prayer plans. On the car screen, only prayer.

WIDGETS
The Gospel and the saint of the day, the liturgical season, and your prayer streak, on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen.

GOSPEL OF THE DAY
Each day's Gospel, kept current, right on your iPhone and Apple Watch.

SAINT OF THE DAY
Follow the saint celebrated on each day of the year.

INTERIOR HEALTH AND APPLE WATCH
The app follows your heart rate variability and, in moments of stress, gently suggests a prayer suited to your state. Prayers you complete become Mindful Minutes in the Health app.

PRIVACY FIRST
• Everything encrypted on device (AES-256)
• Unlock with Face ID / Touch ID
• Works offline — you never lose your records
• Optional, private sync between iPhone and Apple Watch
• In the car, sins, the examination of conscience, and health data never appear on screen

Confessio exists to help you prepare for confession with dignity, silence, and respect for your spiritual journey.
