The Consent Agent clearly and understandably shows you what data a website intends to collect and for which specific purposes it will be processed. For each individual purpose, potential benefits and risks are transparently explained – without legal jargon and without overwhelming you. This enables you to consciously decide which processing activities you agree to and which you do not.

You make your decision in an informed way. Consenter ensures that your choice is technically implemented and respected. Your preferences are automatically transmitted whenever you visit a website. Consent is no longer a click routine, but an effective decision that you can adjust at any time.

If a website accepts your predefined settings, you no longer need to manually interact with cookie banners. If it does not respect your choice, Consenter hides the banner. The processing of data you have not agreed to is prevented, without unnecessarily impairing your ability to use the website. This allows you to browse undisturbed, knowing that only the data you have approved is processed.

The Consenter Consent Agent was developed in an interdisciplinary research process and is officially recognized under Section 26 TDDDG (Germany) by the Federal Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information as Europe’s first recognized consent management service. This recognition confirms the legally compliant implementation of informed consent.

Consenter does not access website content, does not track your browsing behavior, and does not share any data with third parties. The necessary information is stored exclusively locally. Your data remains on your device.

Consenter does not sell user data. Revenue is generated solely from website operators who use our privacy-compliant cookie banner. The Consent Agent remains free of charge for you.
