Contact Backup & Export

Keep your contacts backed up and under your control.
Contact Backup makes it easy to create, manage, and export backups of the contacts stored on your iPhone.

Back up your entire contact list or choose only the contacts you want, then export them in the format that works best for you:
• VCF — ideal for restoring and transferring contacts
• Excel (XLSX) — easy to view, organize, and manage
• PDF — convenient for reading, saving, and printing

Private by design
Your contact data is processed directly on your iPhone. Contact Backup does not upload your contacts or backup files to our servers. Your backups remain on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

Backup History
Keep track of backups you have created, including the format, date, file size, and number of contacts. Rename, share, view details, or delete backups whenever you want.

Track Contact Changes
After creating a full backup, Contact Backup can show changes since your previous full backup, including contacts that were added, removed, or updated.

Choose Your Default Format
Set your preferred backup format so it is automatically selected the next time you create a backup.

Simple sharing
Share or save your backup files using the standard iOS share sheet and choose exactly where they go.

Contact Backup gives you a simple way to protect important contact information while keeping your data on your device.
