Photograph the receipt after shopping. Text recognition runs on your device — the photo is never uploaded. Lines the app cannot place are sent as plain text to our own server for matching. No photo, no total, no store, nothing that points back to you. You correct every line before anything is added.

Regional product names are built in, not translated — the app knows Paradeiser is a tomato and Faschiertes is minced meat. Deposit and discount lines are recognised for what they are.

200 recipes, checked line by line. The app shows what is cookable right now, what is one ingredient away, and what will expire soon. Choose a dish, see exactly which ingredients get used up, cook, done — your pantry updates itself.

Add expiry dates and get a quiet daily reminder before food goes bad. Scheduled locally on your device, no push service involved.

BEST BEFORE IS NOT USE BY
Pasta past its best-before date is usually fine — the app will not push you to throw it out. Raw mince, poultry and fish carry a use-by date instead: past it, CookFuse stops suggesting them and says plainly that they are no longer safe.
