Enter your BPM manually on the Home screen or sync your latest reading from Apple Health. Cordis shows your wellness level based on general age-appropriate ranges so you can be more aware of how your body is doing throughout the day.

MEASURE YOUR PULSE
No Apple Watch? No problem. Use the Manual Measurement feature with a guided 15-second timer. An animated wrist guide shows you exactly where to find your radial artery. Just tap along with your heartbeat and Cordis calculates your BPM automatically.

VIEW YOUR STATISTICS
See your heart rate trends over time with interactive charts powered by Swift Charts. Track your average, minimum, and maximum BPM across different time periods. View your full history and filter entries by week, month, year, or all time.

ASK THE HEALTH ASSISTANT
Get answers to over 50 frequently asked questions about heart health, wellness, and relaxation. The Health Assistant personalizes responses using your name and recent data. All answers are pre-written and educational. No AI, no cloud processing, and no data ever leaves your device.

Practice the 4-7-8 breathing technique with guided visual cues and a calming countdown. This simple exercise can help you slow down and find a moment of calm whenever you need it.

LISTEN TO GUIDED MEDITATIONS
