- helps you respond to unplanned events, with simple, clear information you can use.

FEATURES

LOCATION MANAGEMENT
Create a safety plan for a location.
When you arrive you can auto seamlessly share your plan with contacts by SMS.
Contacts can view:
- where you will be
- with whom
- for how long
- the location on a map

Use case | You are meeting a new love interest at their house. Create a safety plan. Share your plan with others.


HELP ALERT
Accelerate the timeline when you need help.
Share your live location help intelligence with selected contacts and 911 (US/Canada/Mexico).
Contacts you select on-the-fly or in your safety plan are sent an SMS, that enables them to view your help information on any device:
- your name and cell phone number
- your live location
- your safety plan (if you had an active plan at the time)
- details of your phone including battery and altitude

Use case | You have had a vehicle collision.


AUTO HELP ACTIVATION
At the end of the safety plan timer, plus six minutes, if you haven’t responded to the alerts or exited the safety area, the help alert is auto activated.

Use case | You are unable to leave a location or a medical event has occurred


GUIDANCE KNOWLEDGE BASE
Helping you prevent or respond to the unplanned.
Access category specific, summary guidance information you can use.

Use case | Vehicle breakdown through to active shooter.


LOCATION SHARING
Give and get comfort, that someone knows where you.
Contacts get an SMS to share your live journey. Sharing stops when you specify.

Live share your location one of three ways:
- Live Now | Sharing for a time period.
- Live to Destination | Select a destination. Sharing ends when you arrive.
- Live Loop | Going for a run from home? Share your journey loop.
- Share a location | Why talk about it. Show it with a static location and add a comment.

Use case | Walking from a bar back to your home.


SEVERE WEATHER ALERT (US only)
Be weather ready. If there is imminent and serious weather event in your location, while using Location Management or a live sharing feature, you will receive an alert notification. So you can identify what is happening and next step options.


PRIVACY FRIENDLY

- Your location is only visible to contacts you select, and only when you need.
