APPLE HEALTH
Counted reads from Apple Health to do the work for you — your weight, active and resting energy, blood glucose, and sleep flow in automatically from your Apple Watch, Garmin, or any app that writes to Health. Activity-adjusted budgets and the goal calculator use that data so your targets reflect what you actually burned. Counted only reads what you allow, and you can write the meals you log back to Apple Health for other apps to use. Every permission is opt-in.

BRING YOUR OWN API KEY (OPTIONAL)
AI features use your own Anthropic or OpenAI API key. Counted sends the image straight from your phone to your provider, on your account, on your bill — never through us. On-device OCR works without any key.
