CounterUps: Push Up Counter

CounterUps counts your push-ups for you. Put your iPhone on the floor under your chest, screen up. On Face ID iPhones the front camera watches each rep, so you don't have to tap.

# Train to earn screen time
Block the apps that distract you and unlock them with push-ups. Requires iOS Screen Time. Pro can change how many seconds each rep is worth.

# Automatic counting
- Front camera / TrueDepth (recommended on Face ID iPhones)
- Proximity sensor as an alternative
- Sound and haptics, so you don't need to watch the screen
- Manual tap and voice counting always available

You can also place your iPhone in landscape beside your body: it films a side view, counts automatically, and saves a training video.

- Reps: set a number and finish it

- Intervals: sets and rest you define

# Eight 30-day programs
Eight progressive 30-day tracks, from an absolute-beginner track to a daily 30-rep track. Three are free. Pick the weekdays that work for you, and the app builds the calendar.

Free includes automatic counting, all five modes, screen-time exchange, achievements, and three 30-day programs.

Pro unlocks the other five programs, full statistics, the training calendar, deeper analysis, iCloud sync, custom scheduling, an adjustable exchange rate, and more app icons (2 free, 4 with Pro).
